I am currently working with Sacred Heart to receive a kidney transplant. An essential requirement in this process is raising money to cover what insurance doesn't. Primarily this is required for housing, in-home care, food, and transportation immediately following the transplant. In addition, the funds will help cover expensive copays for lifelong anti-rejection drugs. After talking to the hospital and my insurance the goal is to raise $25,000. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
